Thanks to Fred Johnson of "Blue Moon" fame for entertaining us and Buzzy's crowd all night long.  And what a wonderful addition Joe Mazzant was with his pocket horn.  He can really play that thing!!

WOW!!  What a great Halloween party at The Fireplace.  Lots and lots of costumed patrons and lots of entries in the best costume contest.  By the way the contest was emceed by the croc hunter from Australia who brought Gertrude, his own pet crocodile , and Humphrey the koala bear.  Groooovy baby.  Yeah, baby, yeah.  There was even a special appearance from Bernie, star of the famous movie "Weekend at Bernie's."

The special pair of costumes a bag of  Chips and a container of Dip won first place.  Believe it or not a Bed won second.  A Bottle of Wine and his date  Grapes won third.

A night full of entertainment for the Fairway 12 fans when Fred Johnson, bass singer for the Marcels, joined Manhattan onstage.

Congratulations to Lauren Minenok, our little sixth-grade singer, who sat in with us on several gigs. On August 24 she sang the National Anthem to begin a Pittsburgh Pirate game, and we captured this picture of her on the Jumbotron.

What a really nice New Year's Eve at Doc Livingston's!!  A special New Year's menu was offered to guests and the Manhattan party was treated to prime rib steaks.  Yummmm!  Owner Linda made sure all the guests had a good time and she even joined in on the dancing!!
